Sales and cancellation/returns policy

Check-in and check-out times are as follows:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Possibility of requesting early check-in or late check-out. This will depend on the availability of the property.

Accessibility policy at our properties

• Building accessible by people with disabilities.
• Lifts availables.

Rules for co-existence:

• No smoking.
• Pets by request.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Please place rubbish in the bins provided after 8 PM.

Cancellations Policy:

• For SHORT stay accommodation, you can cancel or modify your booking at no cost with at least 5 days’ notice.
• For LONG stay accommodation (30 days or longer), you can cancel or modify your booking at no cost with at least 30 days’ notice.
